The Neapolis northern quarter is a family oriented development with distinctive housing unit types to each neighbourhood joined by an overriding common architectural and landscape design approach and references from Tuscan Hill towns. The northern quarter stretches along the Geroskipou cliff, a very strong feature of the site with indigenous landscape, associated cave formations and antiquity sites. The design of the Linear Park along ‘the rock’ captures all natural and man-made features with a continuous walkway paved in natural material.
